Your diet must include essential minerals for longevity

What is so important about minerals? First of all, they are important components of our bodies. In fact, all of our tissues and fluids contain minerals. Bones, teeth, muscle, blood and nerve cells contain significant and critical amounts of minerals. Finally they allow the body to assimilate vitamins.
